This also includes that from this moment on we will no longer retrieve the released APIs. Additionally you can revoke the permission for DELTA42 in your respective shop module.

Of course this is possible or even standard with us. Our payment process is mapped via Stripe and after completion of a plan a correct invoice will be sent to your e-mail address as a PDF.

Yes, we have also noticed that Amazon has a lot of fees and the name is not always clear. Therefore, we want to help you by naming and consolidating the fees you have to pay so that you can quickly see what fees and refunds are due where.

This is an absolutely important point on our journey, but we are currently only mapping one shop per sales channel.

You can find our prices here. We don’t want to keep anyone who doesn’t want to stay, so you can decide monthly if you want to stay longer or not.

If you need further access for your colleagues, just send us an e-mail. We will create them for you free of charge. In the future you will have the possibility to create them yourself.

No problem. Currently we have not yet designed this step for self-service, so just send us a quick mail or write to us in the chat. We will reset the password on short notice, so that you can quickly have full access again.

Currently, we have chosen Amazon as our time zone, which is PDT/UTC-7.
